Greatly enjoyed the new covenant established by our Lord through his death on the cross. Prior to the home meeting, have a slight conflict with one of my daughter, nothing big, but just have different views on certain things.
But while we are reading the following verses, received much consolation. God is no longer leading us outwardly but through the death of his Son, he has given us a new covenant - he has put his laws into our mind and write them in our heart (very inward and spiritual) and also He is our God and we are His people (very personal relationship). In verse 11 there is no need for us to teach every man his neighbour ... for all shall know Him, from the least to the greatest.
This two verses give me great confidence that God is teaching me and even my children how to conduct ourselves before one another and before Him.
Hebrews Chapter 8:
10For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:
11And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest.
