Is it true that rice water (the water used to wash rice) is good for the plant?

This statement seemed quite true because my friend use this water to water her passion fruit plants and they are now ready for harvest.

I think it is quite nutritious for the plants. Passion fruit is a climber and it loves to hug and climb up on other bushes and trees.

There are many health benefits of Passion fruits:-
1) high does of vitamin A and C. Vit A helps body to remove free radicals that cause skin and tissue damage and also improve our vision. Vit C helps to repair tissue, help prevents heart diseases and cancer and helps our bones.

2) Antioxidants found in passion fruit helps to block histamine, reduce allergy and inflammation and thus very beneficial to those who suffer from asthma. It also helps to inhibit the growth of cancer cells.

3) It is also anti-inflammatory.

5) It seeds (one cup) contains almost 25g of fiber. Great for cleansing colon and helps in digestion. The high fiber also help to flush out the buildup of fat and cholesterol in the heart and thus prevent heart attacks, diseases and strokes.
