FOOD PARADISE

Hi dear reader, are you a food lover? Many Singaporeans simply love food! Singapore is a tiny island without any natural resources, but we are blessed with all kinds of food from all over the world! There are so many food outlets here that at any time of the day, someone must be munching something delicious. So, are you hungry now?
Early in the morning, fill yourself with a cup of Psalm and a plate of Gospel. At tea break, take a love letter from the New Testament. For lunch, have your fill with something solid and wholesome from the Old Testament. Comes easy on your dinner with some Proverbs and for supper, just enjoy your bowl of promises from Revelations. You will digest the food well with lots of thanksgiving and prayers! Have some snacks too throughout the day from Internet bible study, Spiritual Blogs and Holy Spirit inspired books and novels. To enjoy your meals more, soak up some hymns and songs of praise as fruits and desserts. Wow, so much to build us up strong and healthy, fit for His Kingdom! The doctor's advice is not to skip any meals, especially breakfast! Eat right! Then you will prosper and have good success. (Joshua 1:8)

Got this story from an email and find it very meaningful. Please read on ... There is a story about a little eagle that fell out of its nest and landed in a turkey farm. The eagle grew up among the turkeys and, although he looked a bit different, he learned to waddle like a turkey, bob his head like a turkey, and act like a turkey. God is watching

I heard this true story during one of our home meeting. I find this story very touching and decided to put it in my blog as an encouragement to those who are faithfully taking care of their loved one. You are not alone, God is watching our every action. A sister in china shared that while her husband was in coma,she read some scriptures from the new testament to him daily and after each reading, she will pat her husband on his shoulder and say "amen" on his behalf. She did this faithfully for ten years. One day, while doing the regular reading, she suddenly heard a loud "Amen" and it came from none other but her husband. God has honoured our sister by showing mercy to her husband and while he was still in coma, his spirit is still very much alive. It is a good reminder to me not to belittle what we are doing for others. When we have a heart, God will show mercy to those whom we are praying and taking care.

Genesis 1:6 Then God said, “Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.” Genesis 1:7 Thus God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament; and it was so.
